Staying active during winter helps boost your mood, strengthens your immune system, improves sleep, and increases energy. Even when it’s cold outside, maintaining a routine will help keep you feeling your best.

Indoor Exercise Ideas
Cardio:
Jumping jacks, high knees, and burpees can all get your heart pumping indoors.
Climbing stairs is also a great way to get moving.
Strength Training:
Bodyweight exercises like squats, push-ups, lunges, and planks can be done anywhere.
Use household items like water bottles or backpacks for added resistance.
Yoga and Pilates:
These practices improve flexibility and strength. Follow along with online classes or create your own flow with simple poses like downward dog and child’s pose. Don’t forget the breathwork!
