We believe the patient-physician relationship is fundamental to patient well-being and we have removed third party intrusions our health care model. The vital relationship between patient and physician promotes education, cooperation, and ultimately empowers patients to reach their own personal health and wellness goals with the support they deserve.

MEET THE FOUNDER/PHYSICIAN
Dr Natasha Diaz is board certified in Family Medicine. She graduated from University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago in 2001 and completed her Family Medicine Residency at Contra Costa County Regional Medical Center outside of San Francisco in 2004. Throughout her career, Dr Diaz has cared for newborns, adults, expecting moms, and the elderly and has vast experience ranging from outpatient primary care to rural emergency care, urgent care, wound care, surgical obstetric care, and newborn care. She has served as faculty for teaching family medicine residents at both MacNeal Hospital and West Suburban Medical Center.
Dr Diaz is passionate about improving the health and wellness of the community. When she is not actively working to improve the health care experience for her community, she can be found enjoying her free time with her husband and 3 children. She enjoys gardening, staying fit, and exploring nature.
